Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, condition, pricing and availability of listings. We may reject, suspend or remove listings that violate marketplace rules or applicable law.
Submitting an order creates a request to purchase the listed item. An order may remain pending until the seller confirms it. Delivery, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the applicable policies and listing terms.
Sellers must provide accurate vehicle information and valid documents when requested. Vehicle documents are private verification materials for authorised verification.
Users must not use the marketplace for fraud, illegal goods or services, impersonation, misleading listings, payment fraud, or attempts to bypass safeguards.
